Air bubbles in the paint cup are caused by the nozzle not being tightened properly; therefore, tighten the nozzle securely.

The reason for this issue is mismatched needle-nozzle or excessive wear on the needle or nozzle. It is necessary to equip the spray gun with the correct nozzle and needle according to the standard.

Internal contamination of the main air valve or oversized sealing ring of the main air valve may cause air leakage.

Paint leakage from the needle seal indicates that the seal is not clean. Therefore, removing the seal and cleaning it thoroughly is necessary.

The air cap may be obstructed, or the nozzle may not be correctly installed on the gun head.
